iLIANT Corporation and CBay Systems form strategic alliance to provide medical transcription services

Effective immediately, CBay will manage and assume operational responsibility of iLIANT’s North Carolina based transcription clients. A separate Services Agreement will allow iLIANT to extend CBay transcription technology and services to its physician clients on an ongoing basis.
