CBAY’s NEW CORPORATE FACILITY INAUGURATED IN MUMBAI

Mr. Nadir Godrej, Managing Director of Godrej Industries Limited, inaugurated the new corporate facility of CBay Systems India Pvt. Ltd. (“CBay”) at an impressive gathering, which included all three Founders of CBay: , Mr. V. Raman Kumar, Chairman and CEO of CBay Systems, Ltd. of Annapolis, Maryland, Mr. Donald Conover, President and Mr. Mahidhar Reddy, COO, CBay’s many Indian vendors were also heavily represented, as were several of its investors. Also on hand were many CBay India staff members, including Mr. Dinesh Kumar, who heads CBay’s operations in India and a few prominent US staff members The office, measuring a sprawling 15,000 square feet is housed in the Godrej Industries Complex in the central suburb of Mumbai. Incidentally Godrej Industries is one of the prime investors in the CBay Systems healthcare BPO business. The well-appointed office, also houses a state of the art training center with a seating capacity of 160. The first batch of MT trainees is already undergoing the comprehensive six-month training program, tutored by an experienced in house faculty. Mr. Raman Kumar said this new office would also function as CBay’s global operations’ hub. This will ensure smoother coordination of the front end marketing activities of CBay’s US operations and the back end transcribing, editing and vendor coordination activities.
