How
do I install in a networked environment?
 |
Log into PC with network administrator rights/privileges. |

C:\Program Files\Report Pro\ directory must
have FULL CONTROL with permissions for all
network users. |

Drive mappings must be visible to set shared
directories within Report Pro. |
| |
|
 |
Double-click the Report Pro setup and follow
on-screen instructions to install. |

 |
After
installation, click the Report Pro icon
on your desktop and login with the clinic administrator's ID
and Password that was created by the sales
person. This will complete installation
and settings. |

How
do I un-install Report Pro?

Click
Start on your taskbar > Programs >
CBayScribe > click Uninstall Report Pro. |

Follow
on-screen directions to remove Report Pro
from your PC.

How
do I transfer dictations from a digital recorder
to Report Pro?
 |
Connect the digital recorder or PDA to your
PC. |

Open Report Pro, login and click Dictations.
Then click the Retrieve dictations from
recorder button. |

Select the user's Login ID and recorder
type. |
| |
|
 |
Click OK and wait for dictations to appear
on the screen.
You can then click the Upload
dictations to CBayScribe button to send
the files for transcription. |

Where would I find voice files that have been previously uploaded
to CBayScribe?
Default location is C:\CBayUpload*.

You may need to modify the line to reflect the
correct path.
Note: You can mail 911@cbayscribe.com to receive a copy of a voice file
that you cannot trace.

can I listen to voice files associated with
specific report(s)?

Right-click on a report and click Play Voice File.

do I get my transcribed reports?
 |
Bring down documents into Report Pro by using "Download" or "Advanced Download" buttons on the next business day up until 5 pm EST. |

can I use Advanced Download to download reports
transcribed on a specific date or, to download
reports for more than one user?

Connect
to the Internet. |

Use the "Download" to download previously uploaded voice files. |

Use the "Advanced Download" to bring down documents for multiple dictators at the same time, composite documents, revised documents, and if you are recovering from a system crash. |

What is a composite document?
Subsequent documents dictated in one voice file. |

How
do you set Report Pro to display all downloaded
reports or, only the most recent documents in
the Reports window?
 |
The default display of reports is 3 months. You may lessen the display range to as low as 1 day in the settings screen. This option is user login sensitive. |

 |
To display all, you may click on the "Options" menu and select "Display All." Please remember that the display options will revert back to the range set after a refresh or a log off to Report Pro. |

How
can I search for a file, text or a custom property
value among the downloaded files?

In Report Pro, click Search. Or, in the
Reports window click Search. |

Enter
the text you are looking for. |

If you want to find custom properties or
demographics, check the Search Demographics
box. |

 |
To
search based on the date of the report check
the dictation date box. To
enter the date range:

How
do I fax reports from within Report Pro?
You must have a fax/modem installed from the machine you want to fax from. You also need to have a fax software configured and have the machine attached to a phone line.

E-Sign |

How
do you Esign a report?
Esigning documents can only be done when the doctors themselves are logged into Report Pro.

Connect to the Internet. |

Select
a file in Report Pro, and do one of the

Click
E-Sign. |
| |

Or,
right-click on the file > click E-Sign. |

A
confirmation message appears. Clicking Yes,

A
copy of the Esigned document will automatically

Note: Practice Administrators' do not have the rights

How can I edit Esigned Documents?
Unlocking Esigned documents for reediting can only be done when the doctors themselves are logged into Report Pro.

Forward |

How
do I securely forward report(s) via e-mail to more than one recipient?

 |
Select a report or multiple reports to forward
in Report Pro. |
| |
|
 |
Click the Forward button. Or, right-click
on the selected report(s) > click Forward. |

 |
Please enter the e-mail address of the recipient
in the Email To pane or select
e-mail addresses from your address book. |

|
 |
To
use the Address Book, click Address Book > select an address > click OK to
add it to the E-mail To pane. If
no addresses exist in your Address Book,
use the New Addresses button to quickly
add contacts. |

Insert a semicolon (";") after each e-mail address or you can select multiple addresses from the "Address Book." |

Then, click OK in the Forward Reports form. |

Edit
and save reports |

Can
I make changes in a transcribed report, and
save the edited version at the CBayScribe website?
Yes. To do this you must resync document by right clicking the edited document and selecting "Resync Document."
Note: A copy of the edited document is automatically
transferred to the CBayScribe website during
Upload of dictations. This edited document replaces
the original transcribed document. | |

Custom
Property |

How
do you edit custom properties of documents from
within Report Pro?

 |
Right-click on the report that requires
a change in custom property, and select
Edit Demographics. Remember to make sure the document itself is not opened. |

In
the Edit Custom Properties window, click
on the custom property you want to change.
A cursor will blink at the value you can
change. |

|
 |
Type in the changes
and click
Save.
|
Note: A copy of the document with changes in custom
properties will automatically be transferred
to the CBayScribe website during Upload of dictations.
This edited document replaces the original
transcribed document. | |

How
do I set the Autodial utility to automatically
connect to the Internet when the upload or download
buttons are clicked?
Provide the login parameters in the settings under the "Auto Dial" tab.

box to activate it. |
