Demographics

This screen allows you to upload daily patient demographics and search the uploaded patient demographics files.

Capture Demographics

Following are the steps to upload patient demographics.

1. Click menu, then the Demographics page open.

2. By default Capture Demographics tab will be selected.

3. Select location name the patient demographics to be uploaded.

4. Select patient’s date of visit using button.

5. Select patient demographics file using button.

6. Click submit button to upload selected demographics details. Here the selected demographics file is 899.pdf

7. After successful upload, the success message will be displayed as below,

Note

CSV,PNG,JPG,JPEG,TIF,XLS,XLSX,PDF,DOC,DOCX and TXT are the allowded formats for the patient demographics files.

Search Demographics

Here you can search and download uploaded patient demographics files. Following are the steps to search demographics details,

1.Click menu, then the Demographics page open.

2.Click tab.

3.You have the following search options,

1. Dictating care provider

2. Location Name

3. Date of Visit date range

4.Select dictating care provider name from the Dictating Care Provider drop down list.

5.Select location from the location name drop downlist.

6.Select date of visit From and To date range.

7.Click button.

8.The uploaded demographics details will be listed below on the page.

9.Select a record from the search result and click on Download button.

10.The selected demographics file will be downloaded to the user’s machine.

Note

Default search demographics shows last one month demographics details on the page.

Add Demographics

Using this feature user can type and upload patient demographics to AQuity for transcription.

1.Click menu.

2.Click tab.

3.Select Location name and fill patient demographics details.

4.Click button.

5.After adding successfully, message will be displayed like below,
