	What can I do if the quality of a particular report does not meet my expectations of quality? Please email quality@cbayscribe.com and you will be provided two options:      Have the report re-transcribed without additional charge.     Or, have the transcription charges for the report waived.

	How do I install the software? Easy. After downloading Report Pro, double click on it and follow the on-screen instructions to install.
	How do I save the transcribed reports to my computer? When you view the transcribed reports go to File menu and select the Save As... option. This will save the report to your PC.
