AQuity purge policy

The AQuity Solutions purge policy for documents, voice files, and ADT will be implemented effectively from February 2, 2022. This is done to protect customer data. With the implementation of the policy, AQuity will purge documents older than 7 years.

You will continue to be able to access documents up to 3 years old online from within the application. You will have to contact AQuity support if you need the access to documents that are older than 3 years and less than 7 years. In addition to this voice files will be purged after 30 days and ADT data will be purged after 90 days.

The documents between 3 and 7 years old will be offline from 02/02/2022. Please contact AQuity Support if you need to access the documents between 3 and 7 years.AQuity Support can be reached at 888-DICTATE (888-342-8283).

FAQs:

• Does enforcing this policy delete all the documents that are older than 7 years? Yes. Enforcing this will auto delete the documents that are older than 7 years dynamically effective 02-02-2022.

• Can I access up-to 7 years documents online from the system? No.

• Up to how many years can I access the documents online? You can access the documents up to 3 years old online (from the application)

• How can I access the documents that are older than 3 years and less than 7 years? You will have to contact AQuity Support to access the documents that are between 3 to 7 years. Aquity Support can be reached at 888 -342-8283

• What is the ETA for providing the documents that are between 3 to 7 years? These documents will be stored offline and will be facilitated withing 42 hrs of request.

• Will the voice files be deleted after 30 days of dictation? Yes.

• Will ADT data be purged after 90 days? Yes.

• How long Audit logs be retained? Audit logs will be retained up-to 7 years.
